Byron Bay
This section of Oz Experience Bruce Pass trip begins with some time spent in Byron Bay, chilling out and soaking up the bohemian lifestyle. However, if that sounds a little too sedate for you then you can take advantage of the skydive located in Byron Bay – it might only take a few minutes to get from 11,000 feet to the ground but the adrenaline rush will last so much longer!
We love Byron bay, it is an awesome town, kind of a hippy Vibe, an amazing beach and pretty tasty nightlife. Continuing on the hippy theme Byron bay is also the starting point for the Nimbin Grass hoppers Tour which as the name suggests takes you to see the dope friendly town of Nimbin. It is like Amsterdam in the Southern hemisphere. Smoking Marijuana is just a illegal in Australia as anywhere else in the world, but that seems to be forgotten in Nimbin.
Definitely try to stay here in Byron bay for a few days.
