Next steps

  • We shall be in contact with you within 24 hours with a confirmation invoice sent via email.
  • If you do not hear from us within 24 hours please send an e-mail to chase, this most likely means we have not received your booking form correctly.
  •  If you you are travelling within 12 weeks the invoice shall be for the full programme amount.
  • If you are travelling at a later date, you will receive a PayPal invoice for your £100 booking deposit, and your confirmation invoice with the due date. It is very important that you put down your booking deposit within 48 hours. This is because we are temporarily holding the place and after 48 hours we will cancel your booking to avoid disappointing other travellers if your deposit is received.
  • You are good to book your flights once you have received the confirmation invoice.
  • 12 weeks prior to departure you will be issued your predeparture pack and signed up to your buddy lists
