"Once I arrived at the camp I was met and shown around by very helpful staff and within an hour I was in my first supervised training session. The place has something for everyone, for males and females of all ages (I am a 41yr old guy), and for all fitness levels. In particular I found the early morning yoga a great way to start the day, followed by the morning body fit class held either on site or offsite at the beach, Big Buddha Hill or the dreaded Coastal Stairs.
The food at the camp complements your training by providing healthy and nutritious meals and protein shakes that help you to keep going through the day.

All in all, it has been a fantastic 4 weeks and I'm leaving much leaner, looking younger (so I've been told), feeling fit and energized. It's a great place to pack in a lot of fitness training, progress your training skills and most of all to have lots of fun!" Richard C, Singapore

Hey Xtreme Gap,
I wanted to write you some time ago, but now finally, thank you for a great trip to Thailand Fitness Camp in June. I had a really great time working out at the camp for 3 weeks. A great place, met some really great people and I got to do the best workouts ever! I just loved the Buddha runs and Beach Thursdays and also really enjoyed the yogas and afternoon crossfits. I had a kneesurgery in March before the trip and after all training at the fitness camp I am in my best shape ever! And no knee problems anymore. So I'll definitely recommend this to everyone that wants to get in shape and have some really good fun :D

I am leaving for Bangkok tomorrow. Just wanted to say thanks for starting Xtreme Gap as I might not have done this otherwise and I have had a great time.
I still have some hard work to do when I return to UK but you can see my before and after photos on my facebook profile to see what I managed to get done over here.

Unfortunately I just had 10 days, but wow I felt super fit after those days. I though I could never do it, training 5 to 6 days a week. But I did, and it was easy since everyone was doing it. The trainers were great. A lot of fun but serious about their training. Everyone gave it their best during every training session. The food was great, and because the menu is so healty you will feel (not so much see after 10 days) result quicky...and I thnink I have gained some muscle I am very proud off! definitely want to go back again!

The camp was really well looked after and quite at night! equipment was at use all day and was well looked after. The grill house Restaurant on site the food was really good tried abit of everything was a good service!! the girls behind the bar were really friendly and really funny when you get to no them!
My time in thailand was amazing! didn't want to leave! there so much to see and do out there! and so much to learn to! i would highly recommend this course to anyone or any course in thailand what ever it mite be! was the best thing i have done in my life yet!

I have been having a great time at the camp!! Settled in really nicely, and have thoroughly enjoyed the training. Also got a chance to check out Phi Phi island last weekend which was mind-blowing. Thailand is such an awesome country. Anyway I am quite sad to be leaving , but at the same time very excited to explore Koh Tao and the rest of Thailand.
