We train every morning and stay active during the rest of the day with hikes, bike rides and other outdoors activities. The training will take concepts from CrossFit, MovNat, POSE and other real world,
sensible training philosophies. Our goal is to provide some interesting and challenging training experiences.
The Camp will also include daily workshops and one-on-one coaching/mentoring time. We will tailor the workshop content to the group.
And of course there will be plenty of time to relax, to explore the surrounding areas and to experience Balinese culture.

Xtreme Might & Power Bali Bootcamp

We bring you the ultimate mix of training, relaxation and adventure.
Our fitness philosophy is balance. We are far from fitness junkies or fitness freaks, although we love training and keeping fit. Our programme comprises of a great balance of hard work, and relaxation of the mind and the body.
You will start and finish most days with Bootcamp, boxing or run sessions. Every day is different. One day you may be bear crawling along paths between the rice paddies, the next day could see you doing some interval training. The highlight of all of our fitness retreats, the sunrise volcano climb and hot springs is on the programme. Treks, cycling, yoga, cooking and spa treatments, and time for recovery balance out the workouts.

Outdoor Active Bali Fitness Adventure
April 7 and July 14, 2013
NEW! We now have our first GPS enabled Amazing Race as part of the Outdoor Active Bali Fitness Adventure. Covering 10km of rice paddies, farms and jungle with fitness challenges and questions on local life the key to winning points, you will find yourself in a team rolling logs through a short course, doing continuous hill sprints, hanging from cacao trees, tossing coconuts and much more, under the guidance of Jorien. On the last day, the final adventure is for the teams to build a bamboo raft and test it
out on the river - great scenery, awesome trek to the river, great fun!
But this retreat is not just for the dare-devils, it’s about making fitness fun. Worried that you are not fit enough? Don’t be! The program works for all fitness levels. Daily outdoor fitness sessions, yoga, mountain bike riding, and the sunrise volcano climb fill the week. Take time with Jorien to set your goals
and have an optional postural assessment. A session on stretching and self-myofascial release will relieve tired muscles. And there is time to relax with massages, cooking sessions and just generally kicking back in the village environment! |
