The Xtreme Gap Stick and Knife fighting course is suitable for beginners, and gives you a great cultural experience of the Philippines.

Grand Master Bambit Dulay often holds seminars with people of little experience, what is important is that you are up for the experience and willing to learn the skills.

Two  Weeks is perfect for this, our programme gives you one week in Marikina city in Manila and then you fly to Palawan (a stunning tropical island) for the second week. This gives you a really broad view of the country and culture.

Arnis is a great way to experience the Philippine culture as it is embedded in the heart of the nation. Only recently was it legally awarded position as the national sport, but it is widely practice by men women and even little kids all over the Philippines. Grand master Bambit, who will be your head instructor, is considered one of the top GMs in the country, and we are really honoured that he has choosen to work with us. Whilest Master Bambit is hightly skilled, he is not the only Grandmaster that you can train will, the beauty of the Xtreme Gap Arnis course is that the groups tend to be fairly small (under 5), we like to limit the size because this gives you more interaction with the grandmasters and you learn quicker, keeping the group sizes down also enable you to visit lots of different grandmasters who practice different styles as well.

Some of the Grandmasters you could be training with are featured below.

The next training date is the 4th July.

I love the art of stick fighting. I practiced Kung Fu many years ago but wasn’t advanced enough to get to the level where I was comfortable learning the weapons. I really hope to get back in to practicing martial arts and learning these great techniques.
