All I want for Christmass is a massage

I have never ever in my life worked out so hard, I deserve a break!

Ok we sell the fitness boot camp programme in Thailand. How hard can it be, I go for a run every now and then, I take the dogs for a walk, and I even lift a dumbbell or two per week. I can do this. I trained for 7 days in a row, and finally on Christmas day I give myself a day of rest. The music started at 7 again this morning: Come on mother F^%3@ come on, and Can I get a encore, do you want more…is shouting through the speakers. NOOOOO!

This day I was not going to be lured in to another training. That is how it works you know. Every day you wake up in pain and think noooo!!! not today, but the environment here is so stimulating, there are so many people training here, that you feel guilty if you do not give it your best. They must be hurting too, so can I get an encore… ok, get up, take a cold shower and get on with your body fit, weight lifting, running and yoga.

Before you know it you are lurking on another Protein shake to recover from your training. No not today. On this fine Christmas day in Thailand I got up early, went for a nice healthy breakfast and a 1 hour long massage. In about an hour I go for a nice lunch on the beach and treat myself to a glass of wine, or two. And I will try not to feel guilty seeing all the die hards sweating it again this morning.
