When to go to Thailand

Thailand is a year round destination, because due to its unique weather patterns the country has 2 monsoons (wet seasons).

This means when one side of the country is wet, the other is dry, and you are never that far away from escaping the rain, if you do get caught in a monsoon.

In the Gulf of Thailand around Samui, Koh Tao and Koh Phangang, it is best to avoid October and November.
