Set in the "capital of Wind Tarifa, there can be no better place to learn to Kitesurf,

Kitesurfing or kiteboarding is very easy to learn, and highly addictive once you start. A week spent living by the beach, learning to Kitesurf in some of the best Kitesurfing conditions.
On the Xtreme Gap Kitesurfing camp in Tarifa, you will be in a group other Xtreme Gappers learning to kitesurf in Tarifa.
We have partnered with a premier Kitesurfing school in Tarifa, who will teach you the basics of Kitesurfing, and once you have qualified you will spend the rest of the week practicing your moves. When not in the water, you can chill on the most amazing beach, or check out the stunning Andelucian town of Tarifa, with its cool moorish charm and buzzy nightlife.

What once was an idyllic small fishing town, unheard of 20 years ago is now the world centre for Kite surfing training and development. In summer is it rare to live 2 consecutive days without wind and in winter Tarifa is one of the few places in whole Europe where it is possible to sail with agreeable temperatures

Accommodation

Accommodation is set in a stunning camp site very close to the gorgeous white sand beach, you will be in a group with other Xtreme Gappers.

Airport transfers from Malaga are included based on arrival on a group flight. Contact us for help with your flights.

When To Go

The camp runs from the 1st of the month in May, June, July, August and september.

Itinerary

Your kitesurf course will be given by an instructor having IKO/BKSA certificate and with several years of experience in teaching. They will instruct you with radio headsets allowing 2 way communication to assist in perfecting your skills.
All equipment is included. Tarifa is famous for the excellent quality of its wind which blows in some of the biggest kitesurfing professionals world wide and turns this seaside village into a Mecca for the trendy, younger set that travels the world in search of sun, sea, sand and most of all: Kitesurfing.
