    Muay Thai Training Itinerary

Muay Thai Training Thailand. The Training Schedule:.

The training takes place in the morning or afternoon, depending upon your preference (and more likely considering how good a night you had the night before!), we operate a flexible training schedule, meaning, you can mix and match the Muay Thai training times to suit your needs.

Your personal Muay Thai trainer will begin by talking to you about the sessions goals and then you will begin your warm up to prepare your body for action.

The Muay Thai training in Thailand will consists of skipping rope and shadow boxing which is a good way of stretching and warming up. Circuit training through running helps to improve your foot work. We will trach you lots of Muay Thai Techniques during the training, the longer you attend the more you learn.

Once warmed up, we begin bag work, 3-5 minute rounds of kicking, punching, kneeing and elbowing a heavy kick bag increases stamina and the power of all your Muay Thai weapons.

then we move onto Muay Thai pad training. During the Muay Thai Training in Thailand session the Muay Thai teacher wears shin guards, a stomach pad and two pads held in his hands, so he can interact with you and make the Muay Thai training more exciting and focused. This will help work on your striking distances and increase your reactions.

Clinch training follows. This is where you will be practicing close up Muay Thai knee strikes and elbows techniques as well as grappling and foot work for 10-30 minutes, time varies depending on your fitness.

To warm down, you finish each Muay Thai training lesson with some light shadow boxing, sit ups and stretching.
This will not only increase flexibility but also stop cramps and torn muscles.

If you are ready and at the approval of the trainer preparing to fight we will also add running to your training schedule.
