The location of the resort is absolutely perfect for the training. Located 2 min walk down the road from the fitness Boot Camp, you are just a short stroll (or an even shorter jog if you’re really in the swing of things) from the training centre.

The accommodation is just off the quiet road, bordering the Thai jungle but there’s plenty going on in the neighbourhood. It is not a massively touristy destination, sadly many parts of Phuket have been somewhat ruined by the tourism trade, but not here .

What you will find our lovely little restaurants, spas and a few low-key bars all within easy reach.

When you want to hit the beaches, they are just a short taxi ride away, very cheap and only 10 minutes.

You do not have to worry about getting the accommodation either, we will pick you up from the airport when you arrive.

The accommodation resort has ample facilities including a bar restaurant, two pools, laundry service and plenty of outside space to relax and enjoy your stay.
