Koh Tao Divemaster Thailand



Koh Tao Divemaster course plus internship: Live the life on a tropical island in the Gulf of Thailand. The Koh Tao Divemaster course means living on an incredible tropical island, diving every day for 12 weeks, accommodation and equipment included. You will discover one of the most amazing lifestyles and gain a professional level qualification enabling you to work in the scuba diving industry all over the world.

    During the Divemaster programme you will be trained from Padi Open water to professional diver. You discuss your itinerary with your dedicated dive instructor.

    No "working" all play!

    Unlike other Koh Tao Divemaster training courses, you will not be expected to spend time hanging around a shop 'working'. This will give you more time to enjoy your Thailand diving experience.

    Varied Divesites

    During your Divemaster training you will discover a mix of hard and soft corals and abundant marine life from sharks to turtles and thousands of fish. The sites vary in depth from just a few meters down to 40 meters, there is little current and the water temperature is always warm, ranging from about 27C to 32C offering amazing conditions to dive everyday on your Divemaster course!

    Career progression after the course

    Should you wish to stay after your Divemaster training, you will be qualified to gain paid work as a Divemaster at one of the many dive resorts located in Koh Tao. Others have gained further diving qualifications on the Technical diving (wreck hunter) course or even become an dive instructor (allow 6 months from your first diving course) to increase their earning potential. You can also add on a Underwater videography course if you further wish to extend your interest in diving or subsidise your travels as this is a paid internship. We work with one of Southeast Asia's most respected Koh Tao Divemaster academies. The school has an impeccable safety record and maintains very high standards on all Scuba dive courses, equipment and staff.
