We are talking about cat flips off walls, buildings and anything and everything. With other parkour experts teaching you the moves and putting you through an intensive fitness programme.You don't have to be an expert in Parkour, this parkour course is open to all levels and abilities.
Parkour a sport/art/discipline and is a fast growing one too! Parkour is all about using the environment as an obstacle course to train the body's ability to move efficiently and effectively through any and all areas. If you are a beginner and you choose to take part in the week-long course, you will get instruction in the basic building blocks of parkour movement including jumping, landing, rolling, vaulting, and climbing.
Parkour training also covers training elements such as how to construct a training routine and how to create drills for each skill learned.
Accommodation We work together with great hostel in walking (or freerunning) distance of the parkour training centre.

Itinerary
The programme is flexible but one thing is sure, you need to train real hard! The first half of the lessons will be taking place in the professional gym. This is a controlled environment and will allow you to get comfortable with some of the movements.
The second half of the Parkour training programme will be anywhere in Washington DC, there are many different nearby parkour hotspot.
Toward the end of the first week, you will have the opportunity to join the regular Parkour students in advanced Parkour sessions.
