FLEXIBLE ITINERARY NE TOUR

Our routes have been carefully chosen to include the best night stops and highlights. However, as local conditions and passenger requests vary, no two trips will ever be the same. With the guidance of your Tour Leader you may modify certain night stops and highlights to give a truly unique experience!

• Days: 1-2 Seattle & Mount Rainier National Park
Journey to the heart of the Cascade Mountains, Mt. Rainier National Park. Many hikes will be on offer considering there are over 300 miles available on the parks' network of trails, everything from easy walks through the forests to heart pounding climbs up to the mountain's glaciers. Of course just relaxing at the scenic campground or visiting the information centers is also an option.
Accommodation: Camping included

• Days: 3-4 Montana
Welcome to the Big Sky, as Montanans like to say. You'll soon catch their drift under the cloudless blue expanse. Enjoy an old west BBQ, take an optional horseback ride and breathe in the fresh mountain air as the majestic Rocky Mountains surround you.
Accommodation: Camping included

• Days: 5-6 Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone knows the knack of wowing visitors. Geysers spurt up, mud pots bubble away and steam vents hiss to a
chorus of oohs and aahs. View colourful waterfalls while exploring the world's oldest and most famous national park. Keep your eyes peeled for the abundant wildlife. Large herds of bison and elk roam the park and bears and wolves are also present.
Accommodation: Camping included

• Days: 7 Grand Teton National Park
Say 'howdy' to Yellowstone's next-door neighbour. The 40-mile mountain spine should have the adventurer in you crunching along rock-strewn trails in double-quick time, keeping half an eye out for eagles, elk and bears, of course.
Accommodation: Camping included

• Days: 8 Jackson
Feel the old frontier spirit alive and kicking in the truly western town of Jackson, Wyoming. Fresh from conquering the Snake River rapids or the mountains, corral your posse into the nearest watering hole. Million Dollar Cowboy Bar is a fine tip, with saddles for stools and trophy cow horns above the counter.
Accommodation: Camping included

• Days: 9-11 Nevada & Lake Tahoe
Leaving America's most majestic mountain range, the Rockies, we cross back through Idaho and arrive at Nah-So-Pah Hot Springs. Is the tent up? Uh-huh. Then go have yourself some quality lounging time! We then venture into the Sierra Nevada Mountains for a chance to sail on crystal-clear Lake Tahoe on a sunset cruise, try your luck at Ceasar's Palace casino or mountain bike the famous Flume Trail . With its scenic views pouring over Lake Tahoe, it's an exhilarating experience that you will never forget!
Accommodation: Camping included

• Days: 12-13 Yosemite National Park
Heading through Central California we take a scenic drive into the Yosemite National Park region and a chance to hike or bike through the extraordinary landscape of glacier-carved granite monoliths, plunging valleys, spectacular pounding waterfalls and groves of giant Sequoia trees - the largest living things on earth! This is the perfect place for hiking in the heart of America's beautiful national park. If you want a real challenge, try the 17 mile round trip hike to the top of Half Dome!
Accommodation: Camping included

• Days: 14 San Francisco
What a send-off. Lap up San Fran's lively, friendly pulse with a brief tour of America's favorite city's highlights before (reluctantly) meeting that plane.
