Why book your jump ahead?
Yes you can just turn up at a skydive school and book a jump, but there are advantages to booking ahead.
Firstly it is great value*, secondly you are guaranteed your jump (remember with over 100 people a day their can be limited availability), third you do not eat into your day to day travelling budget: skydiving is a big expenditure when you are on a shoestring budget. Most importantly it makes sure you won�t chicken out!
*remember skydiving is probably the fastest way to loose your money outside of Las Vegas, but also probably the best money you will ever spend.
Getting There
There are three different locations you can complete your jumps, you can make your own way there or combine the experience with our Oz Expereince bass passes or a wicked camper hire.

Skydiving in Cairns
A tropical city in North Queensland surrounded by the beautiful World Heritage Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef.
The warm tropical climate and spectacular views of the Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage Rainforests make it the perfect location to do your skydive.
Skydiving in Mission Beach
A full day tour from Cairns or half day from Mission Beach. You jump out over the Great Barrier Reef and tropical Islands and land on 14km long soft white sandy beach. Dunk Island is the most northerly lying island and the largest of the Family Group which are situated on the Great Barrier Reef, Dunk Island is probably one of the best known of Australia's tropical islands.
When you jump from 14,000ft you have a mosaic of shades of green and blue that are visible from the air. June through to October Whales can be seem migrating up the coast to there breeding grounds. Dolphins and other marine creatures can also be seen during you descent. This is one of the reasons why it is voted best jump site in Australia.
Before and after your tandem skydive you can relax on the pristine tropical beach or take in the sites of the lost in time village atmosphere which is Mission Beach.
Skydiving in Brisbane
The drop zone is 40 minutes from Brisbane City, located on the beautiful beach at the picturesque Moreton Bay home of Tangalooma Resort with Dolphins, Whales and Sea Cows. Skydiving over the Islands of Moreton Bay you also get amazing views across to the Glass House Mountains and Brisbane City and landing on the soft Sutton's Beach. Even in a city you don't have to compromise on the best possible beach location to do your tandem skydive. This can be a half day activity, or a full day with two daily transfers from Brisbane City. You can either do your skydive and get back to tell your friends/family or you can chose to stay for the day and do some sun bathing, swim in the sub tropical waters, go shopping or just hang with us and watching others land! We have one departure from the Gold Coast each day and we take you back in the afternoon, so allow a full day if you want to do it from the Gold Coast.

Jump Down Under Sky diving Australia Jump Options:
You can choose between:
- 9,000 ft skydive - €130, up to 28 seconds freefall! (7:30am session only and not available in Brisbane)
- 11,000 ft skydive - €150, up to 40 seconds freefall!
- 14,000 ft skydive - €180 full 60 seconds freefall!
Local payments:There is a AUS$25.00 (approx €15) compulsory insurance levy (Australian Parachute Federation) + fuel levy may apply, payable on the day of your skydive.
How to book.
Simply fill out our booking form and make payment. You will need to confirm your booking 3 days before you intend to jump via email or telephone to ensure your jump happens on the requested date. Please note we cannot 100% guaranteed jumps on specific dates due to factors like the weather, although once booked your jump is guaranteed. |
