How exciting as you touch down in Thailand, the butterflies will be buzzing in your stomach. How nice that our group leader will be there to meet you and greet you off your flight and take you to our guesthouse in Bangkok. We will check you in and introduce you to everyone else in the group.
You may be a little bit jetlagged but we will still go out this evening, and have a few drinks on the Khao San Road. It’s the perfect start to the week.
As you wake up in Thailand’s thriving capital. It will hit home that you are somewhere incredibly exciting and new. Today we are going to explore the best that Bangkok has to offer. As we head down the river on a journey that will take us through the heart of the capital. We will stop off at some of the most famous temples in Thailand. Wat Arun and Wat Po. Finishing the day with a tut-tut ride back to the Khao San, you can enjoy a mouthwatering late lunch before meeting in the evening for a night out in Bangkok.
Scoffed down a tasty breakfast, before hitting a local spa. You can sample a range of traditional Thai massages. These are some of the best on the planet. Don’t worry there’s no funny business involved!
The afternoon we leave deliberately open, because different groups like to do different things. We can grab some bargains, check out more sites or chill before regrouping and heading to the train station for the night train.
One of the most beautiful places in Thailand the national park of Khao Sok awaits! Travelling by longtail through impressive limestone scenery, we will reach floating raft house accommodation. It’s a day of exploration, with kayaks, or if you want to go a little bit slower pure relaxation in an amazing setting.
After Khao Sok we catch the ferry to Koh Phangan. When we arrive, we are taken to Haad Rin and checked into our resort where we will get to spend the afternoon and evening chilling by the pool or exploring the town and beaches. In the evening, we will go out for dinner and hit up the full moon beach for a Koh Phangan style beach party.
On day six we will take you on our party boat around the island of Koh Pha Ngan for snorkelling, waterfall visits, & much fun and games on the boat.
We end up at Bottle Beach (one of our favorite spots in Thailand). A beautiful, secluded bay in the North of Koh Pha Ngan where we can either chill out in the sea or on the beach or continue the fun into the evening with our private beach party complete with cocktails, a camp fire, lanterns & music. You will spend the night in a beach bungalow overlooking the ocean
Today you will have the morning to laze around on Bottle Beach, swim, play beach volleyball/football, build sandcastles or whatever else you want to do. We may even get our mate Jamie round for some optional wakeboarding in paradise. Later we are picked up by our boat for another incredible scenic ride along the coast back to Haad Rin for our final night in our beachside resort.
You can take part in a Thai boxing lesson (Muay Thai) or a yoga class or have some free time to explore or chill by the pool before checking into your full moon dorm accommodation.
We hope you’re up for some fun today because you’re going to hit one of the newest parties in town. The Slip n Fly! Get ready for big slides, chill out Paul’s volleyball games, DJs and dance floors and plenty of party people.
Today were going to take on the late challenge. Chilling out in a beautiful lake. Playing on its wipeout style inflatables. Yes it’s slightly ridiculous but it’s a lot of fun as well.
In the evening, we will take you to Amsterdam bar. The best place to watch the sunset in Thailand. Music cocktails beer and an infinity swimming pool to get you in the pre-full moon party mood.
We have nothing planned for today because you’re going to be up partying all night! We recommend you chill and conserve your energy. In the evening, we start off lightly with some pre-party drinks and UV painting sessions before hitting the beach and doing the full moon party in Xtreme Gap style! It’s fully guided and lots of fun. Here will be a night you will never forget.
Depending on the time that you surface, there will be some funny stories waiting for you from other members the group. To help with a hangover, we will have arranged a nice time aside for you possibly a film at a local bar.
Today you will check out and the full moon party experience ends. You can do more, by bolting on extra trips you can extend your stay in Thailand, and do some fantastic activities. Ask us for details

Frequently Asked Questions
As with any massive outdoor event you will see people under the effects of drugs, please do not be tempted to follow suit, drug laws in Thailand carry the death penalty and just because you are English does not make you exempt. Staying with our group you will be safe but drug use will not be tolerated.
The first Full Moon Party was improvised at a wooden disco not far from the beach in 1985, for giving thanks to about 20-30 travelers. The parties gained fame through word of mouth, and the event now draws a crowd of supposedly about 20,000-30,000 every full moon evening, although we would dispute that number on average is probably at least 10,000 people there.
The party carries on until the sun rises the next day. The bars on the sunrise beach of Haad Rin town stay open and play music such as psychedelic trance, R&B, drum and bass, house, dance and reggae. The modern event has become a part of the itinerary of many travellers to South East Asia. Its attractions include fire skipping ropes, alcohol ‘buckets’, and meeting travellers from all over the world.
