Xtreme Gap Year Ltd is an exciting opportunity within the sales team for the right candidate. We are committed to providing exceptionally cool gap year programs, and offering amazing inspirational advice to help people on their way pursuing the travel dreams!
And this is where you would come in. This role, home-based, puts you at the customer-facing front end of the business. You will consult with people enquiring about our programs and match them up to the perfect trip of their dreams.
You will love providing exceptional customer service, but make no mistake about this is a sales role and target driven. So you need to have a minimum of three years sales experience in a customer facing environment, email environment in B2C.
Will consider people from all different backgrounds as long as you have sales and travel experience, But as an example, someone from a recruitment consultant type position, Looking to switch industry would be attractive.
You must be used to working to targets, under pressure, with exceptional organisational skills being able to keep on top of prospects and opportunities and ultimately convert them to sales.
As well as a demonstrable sales background, it is essential that you have had experience of travel preferably to age, and a strong understanding of youth travel. Your age is not important, it’s more the mindset we are after.
You will also have had experience of working with a CRM system.
Because this is a home based role and not from a set office, you will need exceptionally strong self-motivation, and be hungry for excelling sales targets.
