Hi there,
Yeah, I arrived on Koh Tao without a problem, and am really chuffed with my room here. As for training, I was taken around to scout the Muay Thai training area! Should be good fun! I think I will also try some diving while I am here aswell, get some variety in. I haven’t actually had a training session here in Koh Tao because I developed groin strain at The MMA camp in Phuket, although I am going to give it a go tomorrow afternoon, and I think Ben (doing Frdee diving) is coming along too. Are they any other Xtreme gappers making the Koh Tao trip over the next 6 weeks?
