Abseiling is actually not a difficult thing to do, here is a video we shot in Koh Tao, another of our favourite Abseiling spots, with an Xtreme Gapper giving it a shot. She did rather well. The thing about Abseiling, is it is a complete mental challenge, especially if you are like me, and you have a real issue with heights. So when it comes to facing your fear and conquering those demons, it is actually a hell of an achievement.
