Gibbon Experience Laos

This is the original and most amazing of all the zip line based activities in South East Asia.  It is good to point out immediately that there is only a 50% chance of seeing the Gibbons themselves but you will almost always here their amazing call, a call that David Attenborough has himself called ‘the voice of the forest’.

You stay in tree huts and can take a shorter 2 night packages or longer 4 night packages that take you trekking with guides deep into the heart of some of the most pristine rainforest.  You will be also travelling around on the zip lines one of which is around 500m in length, a truly astonishing ride.  It’s hard to believe that your time is up after a few short days sleeping above the ground in the tree hut.  This experience is amazing overall as the amount of other wildlife that you see (huge stick insects, moths, spiders, snakes and birds) is amazing.  The Bokeo forest is literally teeming with wildlife and thick green ancient rain forest.
